Specially trained tutors, referred to here as eLearning Advisors (eLAs) are subject matter experts in the course they are involved in. The role of the eLA involves participating and interacting with you to build your confidence and foster the online community. The eLA's are qualified professionals and have undertaken appropriate training to ensure they are well equipped to teach online.
